Full Description: The proliferation of AI-generated media presents unique challenges for investigators and prosecutors in authenticating digital evidence. This workshop will equip participants with strategies to distinguish between original and synthetic media and navigate evidentiary hurdles in court. Attendees will explore digital forensic considerations, authentication best practices, and legal frameworks for AI-generated or manipulated evidence to uphold the integrity of investigations and prosecutions in the age of AI.
