North Star Child Advocacy Center’s third annual Fall Child Crimes Conference will be held October 1–2, 2024 at the Parkersburg Art Center, drawing 90+ multidisciplinary West Virginia child-protection professionals for sponsor-supported training, including case-review panels and featured major-case presentations.
