Full Description: Search warrants are critical tools for obtaining the digital evidence that can determine the outcome of a child exploitation investigation. This workshop, taught by a former prosecutor and/or investigator, covers how to select the correct legal process, craft precise and defensible search warrants, and address challenges unique to digital evidence. Participants will learn strategies to resolve and counter service provider concerns, avoid defects before they derail a case, and handle exigent circumstances effectively.
