From Outcry to Conviction: Navigating Your Way Through a Child Abuse Investigation

Participants will examine suspect interviews, search warrants, social media evidence, and other investigative strategies used to build strong, admissible cases.

Participants will examine different types of child disclosures, lawful and effective suspect questioning, the role of social media and digital evidence, and the development and execution of search warrants. The session also focuses on preserving admissibility, protecting constitutional rights, and organizing evidence in a way that strengthens both the investigation and eventual courtroom presentation.
